Abstract
|

|
Spinal extradural cyst is one of the most uncommon diseases.
The present report deals with a case of spinal cord compression caused by a large extradural cyst, which extended to the retroperitoneal cavity.
The cyst was successfully removed. The findings suggest congenital origin from misplaced or detached cell rest.
